Management of Customers, Contacts, Opportunities, CustomerSupport-Tickets is done by this App.
There are two types of Users.
- Sales Users who manage Customers, Contacts and Opportunities.
- Customer Support Users who manage Customer Support Tickets.
Security
is maintained using two Teams.
Whoever is member of East team can access records owned by East team.
Whoever is member of West team can access records owned by West team.
A user can be member of more than team.
User Interface
for Sales Users consists of Opportunities, Customers and Contacts.
User Interface for Customer Support Users consist of CustomerSupport-Tickets.
Opportunities for Sales User1 who belongs to East team :
Contacts for Sales User1 who belongs to East team :

Customer Detail for Sales User1 who belongs to East team :
Customer Support Tickets for Customer Support User2 :
User2 can access tickets for User2.
Customer Support Tickets for Customer Support User3 :

Customer Support Department Users can access tickets as per their team membership.
