Personalize Query Data Filters Online Data Organizer using Online Database Platform
Paid Time Off Requests are managed.
For each table ( spreadsheet ) there are three options for Data Query Filters.
- Save Public Query
- Save Personal Query
- Get Saved Query
- Save Public Query : If the user has permission then user will be able to save query for all the users ( i.e. public )
- Save Personal Query : If the user has permission then user will be able to save query for personal use. Other users will not have access to this personal query.
- Get Saved Query : It will get saved query ( personal and public ) for the table ( spreadsheet involved ).
Get Saved Query returns the following list for Paid Time Off Requests.
User can either execute query or get the query which provides option to have additional filters.
List of Approved Paid Time Off Requests.
List of Submitted Paid Time Off Requests.
List of Denied Paid Time Off Requests.
